Cookies
Cookie policy
What this site stores in your browser, what for and for how long.
In short
- We only use strictly necessary cookies, which the law exempts from consent.
- There is no advertising, audience measurement, social media pixels or third-party content.
- You can review your choice at any time from the site footer.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember something between pages or between visits. Other technologies do the same job, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage), and this policy covers them too. They may last only until you close the browser (session cookies) or for a set period (persistent cookies), and they may belong to the site itself or to third parties.
2. What this site stores
The list is complete: beyond this, the site stores nothing else in your browser.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
__Host-plenarios_session | First-party cookie, strictly necessary | Only created on the demo form pages. It links the form to your browser, protects it against forged and automated submissions and makes it possible to show the confirmation after sending. | Session: deleted when you close the browser |
plenarios_consent | First-party cookie and local storage, strictly necessary | Stores the choice you made in the cookie notice, so we do not ask again on every visit. It only contains the version of the choice and the date. | 180 days |
__cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cloudflare cookies, strictly necessary | They only appear if the network that protects the site needs to confirm that a request comes from a person, for instance during an attack. They are not used to track browsing. | __cf_bm: 30 minutes. cf_clearance: while the check is valid, 30 minutes by default |
3. What this site does not use
- Audience measurement tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Advertising or social media cookies, conversion pixels and share buttons that talk to third parties.
- Videos, maps or fonts loaded from external services: everything the pages show comes from our own server.
- Browser identification techniques (fingerprinting).
4. How to manage your choices
You can review your choice at any time in the preferences panel, always available in the site footer under "Cookie preferences".
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary ones, the demo form can no longer be sent and the cookie notice will reappear on every visit.
5. Legal basis
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the service requested by the user do not require consent (Portuguese Law 41/2004 of 18 August, Art. 5(2), transposing Directive 2002/58/EC). If the site ever uses cookies that are not strictly necessary, this policy will be updated beforehand and those cookies will only be enabled after you allow them in the preferences panel.
6. More information
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. For any question, write to [email protected].
